The 2014 NFL Draft is in the books, the draft picks are done and now it’s time for players to get to the business of making a career in football.
Georgia Tech had three players selected in the draft this year (oh, and that others school to the east only had two players selected), and all three players are in excellent position to be able to make the final cut with their respective teams.
Below is the list of all the players who were drafted, or signed to contracts as undrafted free agents. As more UDFA’s are signed, we’ll be updating this list.
SECOND ROUND DRAFT PICKS
LB/DE Jeremiah Attaochu – San Diego Chargers, 50th overall pick
SIXTH ROUND DRAFT PICKS
DB Jemea Thomas – New England Patriots, 206th overall pick
SEVENTH ROUND DRAFT PICKS
LB Brandon Watts – Minnesota Vikings, 225th overall pick
UNDRAFTED FREE AGENTS:
CB Louis Young – Denver Broncos
DE Emmanuel Dieke – New York Giants
DT Euclid Cummings – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Congratulations to all the Yellow Jackets as they embark on their NFL careers.
