Syracuse Orange vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers

This game features two teams that love to run the ball, and two teams who have something to prove. Minnesota wants redemption for a last minute loss to Texas Tech in last year’s Texas Bowl, and Syracuse wants to show that they can have a winning season despite losing their head coach and their starting quarterback prior to their first season in the ACC. Right now the Gophers are favored by four, probably due to David Cobb, one of the best running backs in the nation. Take the Gophers and the points in this one. Syracuse is just overmatched.
