#6 – Cameron Crazies

As wacky and unreal as K-ville seems, the student section inside Cameron Indoor Stadium known as the “Cameron Crazies” is almost unbearable. There’s nothing wrong with having a spirited student section, but the Crazies have a reputation of being extremely rude and crude towards visiting teams and their fans. They have singled out a couple of Georgia Tech players because they weren’t as svelte as the Crazies liked, tossing bags of uncooked noodles during warmups at Craig Neal (who was 6’5″ and weighed 160 pounds) and throwing Twinkies at Dennis Scott because he was “overweight”. But hey, it’s OK because…well, they’re Duke, right?
