Georgia fans have the uncanny ability to act as if they were stage magicians. By that we mean, if you go into Athens and win a game against their beloved Bulldogs (particularly if they are highly-ranked at the time) instead of taking their lumps and just admitting defeat, or even becoming enraged to the point of actually analyzing what went wrong….they immediately move to talking about the Athens music scene, or comparing the attractiveness of co-eds, or some other distraction to keep you looking at the left hand while the right hand reaches for a tissue to dry their tears.
