Thomas is going to be hard to peg. He’s in a draft with a lot of talented defensive backs, and he’s got a huge size disadvantage to almost all of them. But he’s also got a great reputation for being a solid tackler, and for having good ball instincts. He’s always been able to break forward on balls, but at his pro day, he showed some good ability to cut, turn his hips and move with ease. He’s still not quite in the top round talent, but he’ll be a mid-rounder for sure.
