Brant Mitchell is a big youngster at 6-foot-2, 240 pounds.
He helped lead Webb School win three Tennessee state Championships. In his senior year, Mitchell recorded 97 tackles eight interceptions and one fumble recovery. Two of those interceptions were returned for touchdowns.
Mitchell also played fullback, running for 777 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He was named Defensive MVP of the 2012 Tennessee State Championship Game, and also won Offensive and Defensive MVP in the 2014 State Championship.
