Saint-Amour helped lead North Gwinnett High School to the Region 7-6A Championship.

Ted Roof’s recruit was named All-State and All-Region as a senior after tallying 59 tackles, 24 for loss, 15 hurries, three sacks and four forced fumbles.

In his junior year Saint Amour had 75 tackles and four sacks and led North Gwinnett to the 2013 state championship game.

Saint-Amour comes to Tech as the highest rated homegrown Georgia recruit in this class.

Saint-Amour was quoted in the Atlanta-Journal Constitution as saying that when he told Coach Roof he was committing to Tech:

“When I told Coach Roof, he was jumping up and down. He almost knocked me down. He gave me a hug and everything. In fact, he hugged everybody in the room. He was really happy. Then I called Coach Pelton, the defensive line coach, and I could hear happiness in his voice. I can tell that we are going to have great times down at Georgia Tech.”.
