The annual Georgia Tech Pro Day will be held on campus in Atlanta at the Brock Family Indoor Practice Facility beginning at 10:00 AM EST on Friday, March 13th. The event, which will feature several current and former Yellow Jackets will be streamed live on ESPN3 with hosts Brandon Gaudin and Roddy Jones.
The headliners for the 2015 GT Pro Day will undoubtedly be wide receivers DeAndre Smelter and Darren Waller along with offensive lineman Shaq Mason, but another intriguing Georgia Tech football standout that is scheduled to take part is running back Zach Laskey.
Over the past three seasons, Laskey has been a major factor in Coach Paul Johnson’s run-heavy option attack. Over that stretch, the 2014 Second-Team All-ACC selection has racked up 2,033 rushing yards on 388 carries (5.2 Avg) to go with 21 total touchdowns (17 rushing).

Packed into a bruising 6’1″, 218 lbs frame, Laskey posses an innate ability to find yards up the gut of the defense and has been a tremendous weapon inside the red zone for the Yellow Jackets. Incredibly difficult to stop on contact, he lost just two total yards on 171 rushing attempts during his senior season.
Being selected at some point in the last couple of rounds is likely the best case scenario for Laskey heading into the NFL Draft. However, given his impressive form on the flats, he seems to have a good chance to end up at an NFL camp this summer as an undrafted free agent.
