Small Forward: Jordan Tucker (Fr.)

In what is a bit of a bold prediction, seeing that Jordan Tucker has yet to commit to any school, Tucker landing at Georgia Tech is a real possibility at the moment. One of the Top 100 players in the nation, Tucker would be an immediate impact player for the Yellow Jackets.

Tucker would give the Yellow Jackets a dynamic scorer who can shoot from the perimeter and from below the rim. As a junior in high school, Tucker averaged 17.9 points per game as well as 9.6 rebounds. While his rebounding consistency will most likely not translate to the next level, Tucker would still give the Jackets another strong rebounder. With the departure of Quinton Stephens due to graduation, adding another rebounder will be a major area of focus for the Yellow Jackets next season.

With all that, it ultimately depends on Tuckers’ decision of where he will be playing his college basketball. The New York native is currently down to Oregon and Syracuse to go along with the Yellow Jackets.

Next up, the third guard position that could also be played by a power forward. The ultimate question is will the Yellow Jackets go with three guards next season or go back to the traditional two guards, two forwards, and one center lineup.
