11. North Carolina Tar Heels

North Carolina may be the team that will be hurt the most by departures. The Tar Heels lost their starting quarterback, running back, and two of their best receivers to the NFL this past offseason. During the spring, they struggled in finding replacements at each of those positions and could be in for a rough 2017 season. With what can only be called a depleted roster, the Tar Heels could end up in the cellar of the ACC. The biggest question facing the Tar Heels going forward is how much will a rough few seasons regress the tremendous progress the program made over the past few seasons.
