13. Boston College Golden Eagles

Don’t let Boston College’s 7-6 record last season fool you. The Golden Eagles last year benefited from an extremely easy out of conference schedule that featured UMass, Wagner, and Buffalo. Combined those three teams went 10-25 with six of those ten wins coming from the FBS Wagner Seahawks. The Golden Eagles enter 2017 with questions at quarterback and on defense. Boston College surely missed having Don Brown on the sidelines last season and that should be even more evident in 2017 against a much tougher including a game against Notre Dame.
