3. Louisville Cardinals

Louisville is a very interesting case in the post-spring power rankings. While the Cardinals bring back defending Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson, they have nearly a complete overhaul on defense and a tremendous amount of change on the offensive side of the ball as well. Their offensive line wasn’t as strong as thought last year and is in for another tough season in 2017, the Cardinals are a team in 2017 that could find themselves in the top-10 or could be a team that barely finishes with a winning record.
