7. Duke Blue Devils

Last season wasn’t the greatest of seasons for the Blue Devils but some positives did come from the 4-8 campaign. Duke will enter 2017 with one of the best quarterbacks in the ACC in Daniel Jones who had a pretty impressive freshman season with all things considered. With a rather solid defense last that didn’t lose much, the Blue Devils have a solid chance of playing in a bowl game next season.
