8. Pittsburgh Panthers

The Panthers are a team that could have ended much further down on this list when considering a number of questions there are surrounding the team. The Panthers are coming off a historic season offensively and now must replace their starting quarterback and running back. Not to mention that they are now playing under a new offensive coordinator with Matt Canada heading off to LSU during the preseason. The Panthers still have the potential to be a strong team in 2017 but with questions on offense and a defense that was anything short of horrific last season, the Panthers appear to be headed for potential below .500 season.
