The Georgia Tech football staff sent out three offers over the past few days including one to a 2020 recruit.
Since Saturday, the Georgia Tech football staff has sent out multiple scholarship offers. Here’s a quick look at each of three recruits that were offered.
Class of 2018
LB Justin Dingle – Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY)

Kentucky linebacker Justin Dingle Jr. received his offer on Saturday and his third from an ACC program when Georgia Tech offered. A 6-foot-2, 243-pound outside linebacker, Dingle is ranked as a top-500 player in the 2018 recruiting class but now only holds just seven FBS offers. Dingle is a prospect who presents almost perfect size for a linebacker, with a strong summer and senior season, he could be a candidate to become a four-star prospect.
Three schools to keep an eye at with DIngle’s current offers is in-state programs Kentucky and Louisville as well as Tennessee.
DE Gavin McCabe – Marist (Chicago, IL)
Very honored to have received an offer from Georgia Tech!! #ACC #YellowJackets pic.twitter.com/egOBntAUMi

Three-star defensive end Gavin McCabe received his 24th scholarship offer on Monday morning. The 6-foot-3, 250-pounder from Chicago is ranked as a top-1000 player in the country and a top 20 player in the state of Illinois. McCabe is the tenth defensive end the Yellow Jackets offered in the 2018 recruiting class.
McCabe’s 24 offers is a bit contrarian to somebody who is ranked so low especially with 13 of the 24 offers being from power five schools. ACC programs Boston College and Syracuse are amongst the remaining offers.
Class of 2020:
DE BJ Ojulari – Marietta (Marietta, GA)
Blessed to receive an offer from Georgia Tech🐝#gojackets pic.twitter.com/4RSfebgrP1
— Bj Ojulari🇳🇬 (@0julari) May 12, 2017
The class of 2020 remains unranked for now but when initial rankings come out expect Ojulari to be amongst the best. At 6-foot-4, and 215-pounds, Ojulari appears to be a unique physical specimen with a 4.65, 40-yard dash.
Georgia Tech is one of six offers for Ojulari who also holds offers currently from Auburn, N.C State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, and TCU. Georgia has shown interest in the rising sophomore but has yet to pull the trigger on offering Ojulari. With that being said, getting in early on Ojulari’s recruitment could be huge if the Yellow Jackets hope to have any chance. He is also the fourth recruit in the class of 2020 that the Yellow Jackets have offered.
