Georgia (41-65-5):

It’s Clean Old-Fashion Hate, it’s a rivalry, you can throw the records out every year no matter. But to the dismay of Tech fans, the Bulldogs do hold quite the lead over the Jackets in the series.

While both teams in the series have had quite the winning streaks, the longest of that being eight held by the Jackets from 1949 to 1956, the Bulldogs dominance since 1964 has set the tone for the series over the last 60-years.

The last time the Jackets had a winning streak was between 1998 and 2000 when they won three straight games. The last time they had a winning streak longer than three games was that eight year streak from 1949 to 1956. Since 1956, the Bulldogs have gone 43-17 including winning 13 of the last 16 matchups.

Last year, the Yellow Jackets went into Athens and pulled off a last-second victory against the Bulldogs for a thrilling win, the Jackets will hope to get a second consecutive win this upcoming season against a team that some experts believe has a chance to win the SEC East.

The Jackets of course will play the Bulldogs in the last week of the season this year as they look for their second straight victory over the Bulldogs.

Now, say it all together “TO HELL WITH GEORGIA”
