#9 – UCF Golden Knights

The Golden Knights took big steps forward last season under Scott Frost and should continue to get better in 2017. That being said, the Golden Knights may never reach their level of success they had while current Jacksonville Jaguar Blake Bortles was on campus. There is plenty to be excited about in Orlando in terms of improvement but they still at the bottom of the list in this power ranking.
