#8 – Duke Blue Devils

The Blue Devils have received some hype this season including garnering some votes by the ACC media for the Coastal Division title. The Blue Devils took strides last season and have potentially one of the better quarterbacks in all of the ACC in Daniel Jones. The Blue Devils have made great strides in David Cutcliffe’s tenure and the program is slowly becoming a consistently average program. Over a decade ago, that would’ve been impossible. Expect them to take a few steps forward and if Daniel Jones lives up to the coaching staff’s expectations and the defense shows improvement, the Blue Devils could find themselves in a bowl game.
