#7 – Pittsburgh Panthers

Last season, the Pittsburgh Panthers featured one of the best offenses in the country and one of the worst defenses in the country. The ultimate question for the Panthers this upcoming season is how will they be on offense now without offensive coordinator Matt Canada who has moved onto LSU. Former highly-touted QB prospect Max Browne will be their quarterback for 2017. The Panthers will have a chance to remain one of the stronger teams in the ACC but questions still linger.
