#5 –  Virginia Tech Hokies:

The Hokies have been a constant threat for the ACC Coastal Division since the conception of the divisions in 2006. That being said, the 2017 season could go either way. The Hokies who only return a handful of starters on offense will have to recreate a strong chemistry and find success. The Hokies defense will remain strong especially with the heart of the defense returning. However, the offense will remain a question throughout the season until they show consistency.
