5. Brenton King replaces Butker with ease

This may be cheating a bit depending on whether or not you consider field goal attempts as part of the offense. That being said, one of the biggest questions entering the season was if the Jackets could replace Harrison Butker after the now Carolina Panther had a phenomenal senior season.

More from Football

His replacement from the 2017 recruiting class is Hoschton, Georgia’s Brenton King. King was ranked as the 19th best kicker in the 2017 recruiting cycle. While there will be pressure on King to replicate Butker’s production, the true freshman will do so with ease.

While he will have a few misses here and there, King in 2017 will ultimately end up being one of the better kickers in the ACC statistically when the season comes to an end. Expect felllow true freshman special teamer Pressley Harvin III to be one of the best punters in the ACC this season as well.
