#3 Clemson at #14 Louisville (8:00 pm – ABC)
This is the biggest game of the week without any question and will play a pivotal role in the ACC Atlantic race. The Tigers are coming off a strong win against Auburn and will look to shut down Lamar Jackson on Saturday as he looks to win his second Heisman Trophy. Clemson’s offense passed a majority of its test last week against Auburn so they should have an easier time with Louisville.
For Louisville, it’s the second straight year they’re hoping to a have a win against a second-ranked team at home. Last year, they defeated Florida State 63-20 which escalated Jackson’s Heisman race drastically. For Louisville, their defense will have to show up and the playmakers outside of Jackson will have to a have a presence. The defending Heisman winner is good enough to get the Cardinals on the board a few times but they’ll need to have plenty of playmakers to pull out another win.
