Georgia Tech Football: What we learned about the ACC in week three

4.  Virginia Tech is going to be a problem….again

This shouldn’t be a surprise but Virginia Tech is going to be a problem in the ACC Coastal once again. The Hokies did trail East Carolina at one point on Saturday but they were able to settle down and route the Pirates 64-17. While the defense gave up 17 points in the first half they shutout East Carolina the rest of the way. Quarterback Josh Jackson has been solid so far in his true freshman season and is looking like one of the best true freshmen in the country.

Like always, they’re a beatable team but it’s not going to be easy even for Clemson and Florida State to defeat the Hokies. The showdown between the Jackets and the Hokies on 11/11 may be the ultimate deciding factor in the ACC Coastal.
