2019 – G/SF Elias King

"2019 guard Elias King (@Eliasking15) of Lincoln Prep (GA) has received an offer from Georgia Tech @thelincolnprep. — Samad H. (@CoachHines28) March 16, 2018"

A Snellville, Georgia native, King is currently ranked as a top-60 player in the country in the 2019 class and the third best player in the state of Georgia.

The 6-foot-7, 185-pound small forward has already amassed 16 offers, the Jackets offer came last Saturday, just four days after King decommitted from UGA. His decommitment came days after the news that head coach Mark Fox would not be returning for the 2018-19 season.

King’s recruitment now appears to be wide open which gives the Yellow Jackets an opportunity to become a player in King’s recruitment.

The Jackets best case to make for King beyond getting a world class education is the development of Josh Okogie during his time at Tech. Okogie, another Snellville native, attended Siloh High School, the same high school King once attended. He now attends Lincoln Prep in Suwanee.
