Last week’s loss to USF for the Georgia Tech football team left a lot more questions than it did answers which leaves us with several important storylines to watch on Saturday when the Jackets take on the Pittsburgh Panthers.

Last week, we took a look at five storylines to watch against the USF Bulls. Unfortunately, a lot of our questions didn’t get answered in the Jackets 49-38 loss but only left us with more questions and storylines to watch.

This week, we return with five brand new storylines to watch for when the Yellow Jackets look to pick up their second win against the Pittsburgh Panthers on Saturday afternoon in Pittsburgh.

Despite being just three games in the season, Saturday’s game against Pittsburgh has an early “must win” feeling towards it. A loss for the Yellow Jackets would put them in a tough 1-2 hole early this season, not to mention having a date with Clemson scheduled for next weekend. A 1-2 record would also be the first time in the Paul Johnson era that the Yellow Jackets are 1-2 after three weeks.

If the Yellow Jackets hope to win on Saturday, they’ll need a strong performance on all sides of the ball and will need to have answers or responses to each of these five storylines that we’ll be watching for on Saturday.
