Despite losing each of their last three games, the Georgia Tech football team is a sizeable favorite this upcoming weekend against the Bowling Green Falcons.

The Georgia Tech football team will look to avoid going into a complete tailspin this upcoming Saturday against Bowling Green, and Vegas believes the Yellow Jackets will get their second win this season, with authority.

The Yellow Jackets opened as a nearly four-touchdown favorite over The Falcons at -25.5 points according to Oddshark.com. By Monday afternoon, the line had shifted to -27.5 in favor of the Jackets. It’s the second largest spread of the season so far for the Yellow Jackets as they were 42-point favorites in their season opener against Alcorn State.

Bowling Green’s money line for this weekend is +2750, a sizeable reward for anybody out there willing to bet $100 on the Falcons winning on Saturday afternoon.

Like the Yellow Jackets, Bowling Green is off to a rough start in 2018, also starting the season off 1-3 with their lone win over an FCS program, for the Falcons that win is over Eastern Kentucky. The Falcons have already faced two Power-Five programs so far this season, taking on both Oregon and Maryland, losing both by a combined score of 103-38.

Saturday’s matchup between the two programs will be the first time the two schools have ever met on the gridiron and the first time that the Yellow Jackets have taken on a school from Mid-American Conference.

The Jackets this season are 0-4 against the spread and recently failed to cover as 16-point underdogs against Clemson this past weekend, losing 49-21. The 16-point spread in favor of the opposition was the largest of the Paul Johnson era.
