Quick Hit #5: Tobias Oliver is electric
He won’t unseat TaQuon Marshall as the Jackets starting quarterback any time soon but Tobias Oliver may just be as electric as Marshall. The redshirt freshman on Saturday saw a strong amount of playing time against the Falcons thanks to the Jackets big second-half lead.
Oliver made his time count on Saturday against Bowling Green’s defense that consisted of mostly backups as the game got later and later. Oliver had seven rushing attempts in the game for 115-yards and two touchdowns. His second touchdown of the day was a 62-yard touchdown.
