Georgia Tech has opened as a three-point favorite for their game on Saturday against the Duke Blue Devils.

The Georgia Tech football program will look for their third straight victory this upcoming weekend and will look to get back above .500 on the season when they take on Duke. Oddsmakers like the Yellow Jackets early on as the Jackets are considered a field goal favorite over the Jackets according to Oddshark.com.

Paul Johnson and the Yellow Jackets are coming off a dominating 66-31 victory over Louisville on Friday, their second straight game scoring 60+ points. The victory also moved the Jackets record to 3-3 on the season and keeps them alive in the ACC Coastal race.

Duke, on the other hand, had a much-needed bye week following a beatdown from Virginia Tech the week before. The Blue Devils have looked like a quality team this season but were overmatched by Virginia Tech. They enter this weekend with a 4-1 record overall.

After the Yellow Jackets won 10 straight over the Blue Devils from 2004 to 2013, Duke has won three of four matchups including winning 43-20 last season in Durham.

The Yellow Jackets won’t be the first triple option offense the Blue Devils have faced this year as they faced and defeated Army 34-14 to open the season. In that win, Duke allowed just 3.6 yards per carry giving up 168-yards on 47-carries.

Against the spread this season, Duke is 3-2 on the season and 2-0 on the road against the spread. The Yellow Jackets started the season in a rough way against the spread going 0-4 but have covered both of their last two games including a 28-point line two weeks ago against Bowling Green.

Kickoff is set for 12:20 on Saturday afternoon at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
