3) The Georgia Tech defense shows vast improvements

Georgia Tech’s defense over the first six games of the season has been up-and-down. They’ve had really strong performances but have generally struggled against their better opponents. I expect the defense over the course of the next seven weeks to show vast improvements in all facets. I believe Paul Johnson, Nate Woody, and the rest of the coaching staff will next week’s bye week to their advantage greatly to make the changes they need to, to help take the defense to the next level. The defense won’t become a juggernaut per say but the 28.3 points per game that they’ve been allowing so far this season needs to drop and if our next two bold predictions are going to happen, the defense’s improvements will be a major reason why.
