No.5 Pittsburgh

Like North Carolina, Pittsburgh doesn’t really move a needle. They don’t possess a ton of talent and they play a rather bland and boring style of football. After sneaking their way into the ACC Championship game in 2018, the Panthers in 2019 will not nearly have the same shot. These two teams always play close games, so it shouldn’t be a blowout by either side. There are a few positives about this game but overall it’s a game that lacks excitement.
