Georgia Tech will take on the Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium on October 19th and now there’s an official kickoff time set for noon.
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Miami Hurricanes have played in some fantastic games over the years but both the Jackets and Hurricanes are having down years in 2019. The two programs are set to meet in 2019 in just two weeks when the Jackets travel to Miami on October 19th to take on the Hurricanes.
On Monday morning, the official kickoff time has been set for that ACC Coastal matchup. The two teams will have a noon kickoff on the 19th after playing a primetime game last year at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
The game will once again be featured on the ACC Network, where Tech fans have been able to watch the Yellow Jackets in the majority of their games so far this season.
The Hurricanes are coming off a 42-35 loss at home at the hands of Virginia Tech and will be taking on the ACC Coastal’s best in the Virginia Cavaliers this upcoming weekend. The Cavaliers this season are 4-1 this season and are coming off a bye week after losing to Notre Dame the week before.
The Yellow Jackets, on the other hand, are coming off a 38-22 loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels this past weekend, their third straight loss. The Jackets are 1-4 on the season in Geoff Collins’ first season as head coach and will take on the Duke Blue Devils this weekend. The Jackets have already opened as nearly three touchdown underdogs to the Devils, their second largest spread this season.
