Quarterback, Justin Thomas

Thomas played for the Jackets from 2013-2016. In his first year he played behind then quarterback Vad Lee. Thomas took over the starting position in 2014, and never looked back.

He led the team to an 11-3 record in 2014 while managing to win the ACC Coastal Division, defeating the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens, as well as winning a classic game against a Dak Prescott led Mississippi State team in the Orange Bowl. Thomas also went on to defeat Georgia once again in 2016, securing the only two wins against UGA in the 2010’s.

Thomas ended his career on the Flats with 4,748 passing yards, 40 touchdowns, and an impressive 8.9 yards per attempt. He also mustered up 2,409 rushing yards and 22 rushing touchdowns.
