Georgia Tech Football: Three Reasons for Pessimism in 2020

Quarterbacks:

I mentioned in the first point that the lack of offseason could affect skill positions. I made the quarterbacks stand alone because I really believe that this group will be the most affected by the lack of offseason. I expect fully that the offense as a whole is going to take a big step forward this year, there’s just too much talent not to. The quarterbacks however is the rudder that steers that ship and after the transfer of Lucas Johnson in the winter, James Graham would have the most experience. Graham has the game to be really good at the position but how much has he refined in the offseason? Jordan Yates would be his natural successor if not actually competing for the job himself if we had a spring practice. I’m hoping Graham shows out but it’s a reserved feeling for now.
