3 worst head coach hires in Georgia Tech basketball history

Georgia Tech basketball has had its fair share of ups and downs, but lately, the downs seem to be never-ending. Here are some of the coaches that played a part on those tough times.

In five seasons with Georgia Tech, Brian Gregory only finished ten games under .500, but his conference record was a big reason why he is at the top of this list. Gregory went 27-61 in ACC play and never finished higher than ninth place in the conference.

Gregory had three winning seasons with the Yellow Jackets, but he never finished with a winning record in conference play. Gregory also never made a postseason appearance until his last season and even then it was an NIT appearance.

After having five consecutive losing records with the Yellow Jackets and only one postseason appearance, Georgia Tech decided to part ways with Gregory.
