The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets are bound to have a breakout season in 2025, with the team returning a ton of production from last season and the addition of players coming in from the transfer portal. The Yellow Jackets offense will feature one of the best offensive trios in all of college football in 2025 in quarterback Haynes King, running back Jamal Haynes, and wide receiver Eric Rivers, but how do the stack up against the other WB-RB-WR trios in 2025?
I would argue that it is at least the best in the entire ACC, as I do not feel any team has the production returning that the Yellow Jackets do. The trio combined for a total of 4,983 yards last season, and with all of them being seniors, 2025 is bound to be one for the ages for the Yellow Jackets offense.
Of the three, I think that Haynes ranks the highest in his position, having proven himself as an elite running back for the past two seasons, rushing for a combined 2,004 yards and 16 touchdowns. Rivers is a solidified superstar on the outside, giving King perhaps his best receiver that he has had while with the Yellow Jackets, and King showed great signs of progress last lesson, and is bound to have a fantastic 2025 season.
If the trio has the season that I think they should all have, then I think that the 2025 season for the Yellow Jackets could be among the best in recent memory.
