The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets batting lineup still remains one of the best in the nation, despite a recent dip in production over their last 15 games, but the stretch that the lineup is on now has proven one thing: the offense is sporadic and inconsistent, and will be when it matters most: in the ACC Tournament.

Through the first 36 games of the regular season, the Yellow Jackets were one of the top offenses in the country, but since then, it has gone through a slump, where the offense can score 2 runs in one game, then turn around and score 12 in the next.

The pitching staff has come up in huge spots for the team during their recent winning stretch, where they have won eight of their last nine games, but the offense for the Yellow Jackets will need to find some kind of consistency as the ACC Tournament approaches.

The Yellow Jackets still lead the entire nation in doubles this season, with the likes of Drew Burress, Alex Hernandez, Kyle Lodise, and Caleb Daniel leading the charge for the offseason throughout the season, with at least two of them seemingly having a good game every time the Yellow Jackets take the field.

The Yellow Jackets have one more series in the regular season, and it will be a crucial one if the team wants to get the top seed in the ACC Tournament, as they travel to take on the No.20 ranked Duke Blue Devils this weekend.
