The ACC has released their conference schedule for all of their members, with each team playing two teams both at home and on the road, while the rest of the teams will be played at either home or away, and one team in the conference that the team will not play at all. With that said, there are nine conference home games that the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will have in the 2025 season, so let's take a look at one of the matchups that I feel will be the most intriguing matchups that the team will face at home next season.: the Syracuse Orange
Why is this a matchup that Yellow Jackets fans should look forward to? Because of one name: Naithan George. Yes, the former point guard for the Yellow Jackets that spent two years as a starter for the team, transferred during the offseason, and chose the Syracuse Orange as the team that he wanted to continue his college career at. The Yellow Jackets will now have a huge hole to fill George's role, and the team may not have an answer at all, looking at the roster as of right now. Last season with the Yellow Jackets, George led the ACC in assists per game with 6.5.
The return home will definitely be interesting to see how fans will respond, and how the team will play during the game. Do they make it a point to play better during the game, and are they up to the challenge? We will just have to find out.
