The 2025 offseason for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets has featured a lot of twists and turns, from the announcement of Naithan George and Duncan Powell hitting the transfer portal to key additions to the team from that same portal. The transfer portal giveth and the transfer portal taketh away, so let’s take a look at the four players that Yellow Jackets head coach Damon Stoudamire brought in this offseason.

Kam Craft, Guard

Craft has spent his first two seasons of his college career with the Xavier Musketeers and the Miami(OH) Redhawks. Craft did not see much playing time his freshman season with the Musketeers, but had somewhat of a break out season with the Redhawks last season, averaging 13.6 points per game and starting in all 34 games that the Redhawks played. Craft found his groove as a scorer, specifically behind the three-point line last season.

Lamar Washington, Guard

Washington spent last season with the Pacific Tigers, where he established himself as a facilitator of the offense, playing in all 33 games and averaging 5.8 assists per game, while also proving himself as a scorer, putting up 13.5 points per game.

Chas Kelley III, Guard

Kelley has played the last three seasons with the Boston College Eagles, where he struggled to find playing time his first two seasons before making 15 starts last season for the Eagles. Kelley appeared in 31 games and averaged 18.8 points per game last season.

Peyton Marshall, Forward

Marshall is the only big man that the Yellow Jackets landed in the transfer portal, and his interior presence will be one that matches fellow Yellow Jackets forward Baye Ndongo. Marshall has spent his only college season last season with the Missouri Tigers, averaging just 4.4 minutes per game.
