Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets head coach Damon Stoudamire dabbled in the transfer portal for a while this offseason, and the results did not disappoint, as he was able to land four players in the portal: guard Kam Craft, forward Peyton Marshall, guard Chad Kelley III, and guard Lamar Washington. Which of those four players will have the biggest impact on the Yellow Jackets next season though?

To me, there are two viable options from the group, as Marshall and Kelley will most likely be competing for the sixth man spot on the roster, leaving Washington and Kraft as starters, and potentially the backcourt for the Yellow Jackets. Of the two, I think that the one that could have the biggest impact will be Kam Craft.

Craft will give the Yellow Jackets this season that they were desperately missing last season: a spot up three-point shooter. The closest thing to it that the Yellow Jackets had last season was Javian McCollum, who started only 11 games and finished tied with the fourth most made three-point shots with 34.
Craft could start in every game for the Yellow Jackets next season, and that is not even that far stretched, as he is the best pure shooting guard that the Yellow Jackets have on the roster.

Heading into the season, it is clear that the Yellow Jackets strong suit will be the frontcourt, as Baye Ndongo and incoming freshman Mouhamed Sylla will lead the pack, but Kraft could play a pivotal role in getting the backcourt involve in scoring.
