Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets head coach Damon Stoudamire brought in a slew of players this offseason, and while some, such as guards Lamar Washington and Kam Craft will see significant playing time as starters, the question remains who will be the sixth man on the team, and how much of an impact they will have. Let’s look at the three most viable options for the Yellow Jackets as their sixth man heading into the 2025 season.

3. Peyton Marshall, forward
Marshall came to the Yellow Jackets this offseason after spending his first college season with the Missouri Tigers, where he averaged just 4.4 minutes per game, but that could be enough for Marshall to be a key factor inside the paint, as he will for sure play significantly more minutes, and the starting lineup will include Mouhamed Sylla and Baye Ndongo.

2. Chas Kelley III, guard
Kelley will undoubtedly a player to watch on the young Yellow Jackets team and will be one of the top guard options coming off the bench to replace Kam Craft or Kowacie Reeves Jr if they need a break.

1. Jaeden Mustaf, guard
Mustaf was a crucial part of the Yellow Jackets bench last season, and he looked to be the replacement for Naithan George after he announced his entry into the transfer portal, but Stoudamire landed Lamar Washington in the portal and it seems that Mustaf will be on the bench once again, but he could still show flashes of greatness, as he averaged 8.3 points per game last season.
