The ACC has announced the conference schedules for the 2025 season, and while there were some shocking teams that will not face off this season, there are some opponents that will make for some intriguing matchups. So who will the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets be playing in the 2025 conference schedule?
For starters, the ACC allows only two opponent on every team's schedule to play at both home and away, and those two teams for the Yellow Jackets will be the Clemson Tigers and the California Golden Bears. The Yellow Jackets went 2-1 against the two teams last season, with the lone loss being to the Tigers.
The Yellow Jackets will have at least one game of the season played against every ACC member except one, with the lone exception being the SMU Mustangs, who the Yellow Jackets lost to 91-73 last season.
The home games for the Yellow Jackets will feature the Boston College Eagles, Golden Bears, Tigers, Florida State Seminoles, North Carolina Tar Heels, Syracuse Orange, Virginia Cavaliers, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
Away opponents for the Yellow Jackets will include the Tigers, Golden Bears, NC State Wolfpack, Miami Hurricanes, Virginia Tech Hokies, Louisville Cardinals, Stanford Cardinal, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The full schedule with dates will be announced by the conference at a later date, but the biggest takeaway for the Yellow Jackets from the announcement was finding out which two opponents that the Yellow Jackets will see twice in the 2025 season, which wound up being the Tigers and the Golden Bears.
