Why Zeek Biggers could be a steal late in the 2025 NFL draft

With the draft being today, the best in all of college football will be brought together to see if they get their names picked to advance their football career into the NFL, and while the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have not had the success that they would have liked in the draft in recent years, one name that teams and fans alike should be looking at for a late round pick is Zeek Biggers, a defensive tackle from the Yellow Jackets that could help any team in the league.

Biggers will presumably go in the later rounds of the NFL draft, but that does not mean that he can not be an immediate contributor on a team. Most late round picks are depth pieces anyway, so the pressure will not be on Biggers to deliver immediately, but he certainly could show out once training camp starts.

Over the past two season with the Yellow Jackets, Biggers has been the team's most productive defensive lineman, making All-ACC Honorable Mention each of the past two season for the Yellow Jackets.

Perhaps Biggers biggest selling point is the fact that he is a super athletic player that has played defensive tackle, something that every team could use more of. At 6'5" and 321 pounds, Biggers can move with the best of them inside the trenches.

Biggers is currently projected as a sixth or seventh round pick, but he could very well play above that level for any team that is willing to give him a chance.
