The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets regular season is now over, and the team still has one problem that they had coming into the season that has not been fixed: they do not have a go-to scorer or leader on the offensive end of the court.

Lance Terry was seen as possibly the best offensive weapon that the Yellow Jackets had coming into the season, but Terry has been inconsistent in the second half of the season to say the least, with no bigger example than his last two games. A 31-point outing vs Miami followed up by a 3-point outing against Wake Forest. Terry does lead the team in points per game this season, but his streakiness is something that has concerned me all season.

Naithan George is perhaps a top-5 offensive facilitator in the ACC this season, leading the conference in assists per game this season with 6.6 per game. George can be a great player to run an offense through, leading to the Yellow Jackets to the fourth-most team assists per game in the ACC with 15 per game. He is not a scorer though, and that is something that the Yellow Jackets are still searching for.

Baye Ndongo may be the Yellow Jackets best bet at a true scoring option, as he has made the most of the opportunities given to him inside the paint, making 54.1 percent of his shots this season, better than both George and Terry. He has scored at least ten points in 13 of the team's 16 games in the second half of the season.

While he does contribute on the glass as a rebounder, Ndongo towards the later part of the year was the main scoring option for the Yellow Jackets, scoring at least 22 points in three of the team's last six games.
